Refund policy

Every item is made to order. Because nothing is pre-made or restocked, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Order changes: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that the item is already in production.

Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email support@unsaidwrld.com within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Every case is handled personally.

Free shipping means no return shipping charges to you on approved defect claims.
